Yay!
Ok. Everyone hold your breath for the next 26 days because they accepted my offer on the house!!!
Two words for you: Secret Basement! I totally and completely love this house, way better than the last one. There are flowers everywhere, I barely have any grass to mow, I've got a blue bathroom and a purple room, ginormous master bedroom, super soft carpet, slate entry, open floor plan, south facing driveway, ac, hella close to work and best of all...the Secret Basement!
So, here's to hoping everything verifies and I can close the end of July.
